Digital products including subscriptions
We do not issue refunds for digital products or subscriptions once the order is confirmed and the product is sent or access to the subscription area of our website has been given.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products or accessing the subscription area of our website.
If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so in the My Account section of the website. Your subscription will then run until your renewal date, after which you will no longer have access to the subscription area of the website.
If you are subscribed and a monthly payment fails, PayPal will automatically attempt to take the payment again. If payment fails a second time your subscription will be cancelled.
